My working experience comprises of, in all stake holders of Telecom sector starting from contractor to vendor to Operator, which enable me to fully understand the requirement of each organization & so enhance my skills. My experience is diverse with respect of vendor as has work at Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel & DG Telecom equipment along with different departments back office, front office, network operation, roll out, network audit, LEQ. It has flourished my skills, vision & adaptation according to job role and how to manage network according to organizational SOP’s.

Managing USF sites operation
Direct coordination with Senior management regarding special projects with updated status
Strong coordination with implementation teams for timely completion of project
Coordination with Customer & teams for timely execution of roll out project
Escalating all implementation related issues to Project Manager and management on time for quick resolution
Perform ATP timely to rectify issues of newly launched sites\NE & make proper database of ATP snags & follow up for closure
Work as POC for operation & roll out teams in order to improve the coordination between these departments
Strong coordination with Customer & streaming line their issues with quick actions
Responsible of roster for regional teams with assigned duties
Strong coordination with regional teams & Headquarter regarding cost & Opex issues
Reconciliation of refueling as per SOP & wapda bills
Strong coordination with Front & Back Office team for TT handling & closing within SLA
Make daily, weekly & monthly reports in order to present to higher management & perform data analysis
Ensuring that, HSE & field teams regarding one-page policy
Verification & rectification of all external & internal alarms of sites\BSC that are visited for PM\CM activities
Ensure site verification is done by subcontractor in the supply chain system for inventory control and management
Follow Field Operations SOP's along with improvement suggestions for reducing fault occurrence & down time with performing audit of sites
Responsible for maintaining Network availability targets, resolving complex Hardware/ software problems that affect network performance & responding directly to Manager
Coordinate with OMO for infrastructure sharing specification
Coordination with warehouse for replacement of Hardware & availability of equipment for both Telco & Non-Telco team
Responsible for direct operation of 3 sub regions with looking at Telco issues of overall FSD region.
Responsible for providing support to Engineers in the field regarding Telco& Non-Telco issues. Maintain Talagang & Mianwali Sub regions which are drifted apart from other regions due to sites distance issues.
Work as regional team lead & manage 7 sub regions with 900 sites regarding operation & managed services
Has perform job in the Front Office & Back office as well as in Field regarding roll out.
