I have a total of 15 years experience in multi sectoral projects with both international and national NGOs. During the employment period I have worked with various infrastructure projects i.e that of Drinking Water Supply Schemes, sanitation, hygiene promotion, shelter Construction, household and communal latrines, Small dams for water conservation, Construction/ Rehabilitation of Roads, Flood Protection Walls, School building/Hospital building,).While working in such diverse environments, I was responsible for review of proposals, Planning, Designing and Implementation of projects as well as responsible for close coordination with clusters. Different line agencies and other stakeholders ensured that projects are implemented according to engineering best practices and government and cluster specifications and guidelines. I have acquired project management, financial management and human resources management skills while working for a long time with different national, international and UN organizations. Flexible to work for long hours and days and on weekends as well.Received a best engineer award from the country office of UNDP for the RAHA Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa project.

QAQC-Engineer
• Conduction of regular field visit for monitoring of the Infrastructure Projects.
Ensuring of all civil works quality control and environmental plans, strictly comply with program policy and implementation standards.
• Identification of problems pose reasonable solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.
• Assisting the field technical staff in assessment, planning and implementation of Infrastructure projects.
• Assist the field technical team in drawings, designing and estimation of infrastructure projects.
• Assist the QA/QC Coordinator, Technical Unit and the Program Engineer in developing a QA/QC program that will improve the surveillance of the overall quality of materials and construction methods supplied to grants within the program.
• Conducting field workshops with PTI staff and contractors to improve the overall management of quality control of materials supplied to projects.
Assisting the QA/QC Coordinator, Program Engineer in reviewing QA/QC reports, SVNs, MARs, BOQs/Budgets, Design and estimates for Infrastructure Projects.
• Assist QA/QC coordinator, Program Engineer in providing technical support to the field offices on regular basis. Liaise with other sections of the Program for improved coordination related to the Program Technical Unit.
• Liaise with field offices to obtain information on program related Technical matters and follow-up with recommendations.
• Review and approval of MAR (Material Approval Report).
• Inspection quality of materials supplied and used for the construction activities including, earthworks, concrete works, steel and pavement works, monitoring all production of materials and raises non-conformances where applicable.
Reviewing & monitoring construction schedule & works activities to meet the required project completion date.
• Perform other related duties as required.
