My Role & responsibilities to manage the Distribution, Stocks, Finance & the existing Order Bookrs, I daily visit market to check stocks availability & competition information.
Daily morning & evening meeting conduct according to the given task assigned to Order Booker.
Report to the Sales Manager for assign tasks.
Field management organization – recruitment, training and capability building with key metrics for measurement • Understand the Brand point of purchase vision by channels and develop channel/outlet based implementation plans. • Understand the Channel Plans and develop implementation.Plans activities to achieve set secondary sales & primary sales targets • Set up the field management infrastructure - outlet selection by channels, channel management plans• Implement point of purchase vision and channel plans - develop key metrics to monitor implementation and final desired output • Evaluating Key Distributors performance against action plan • Conduct performance review against action plans. Network and take actions where inputs are required from the DSR\\\'s with regards to width and depth of availability, assortment and shelving • Understand competitive context and activity and give market feed-back to the Customer marketing team. • Obtains an agreement for all the categories for the annual, quarterly and monthly targets in the Joint Business Plan • Providers reports and surveillance on competition

• Monitor distributors stocks and Timely execution of Special Orders.
• Coordinate with CSD / Depot for timely dispatches of DBR.
• Monitoring of weekly dispatch plan against Targets and follow up for timely delivery of stocks to Distributors
• Follow up for Primary Sales deliveries.
• Prepare agreement duct for appointing new customers and keeping Distributor file records.
• Monitor the cheque bouncing and follow up for payment
• To follow up for DDs from the distributors which are operation on advance payment system
• Ensure that all communication is conveyed to sale team and distributors in a manner which they can understand.
• Processing appointment of new distributor and resignation / termination of distributor in regional office.
• Maintain and Update Personal files of Sales Team & Management.
• Provide IT support to the region as coordinator, Work on SAP, BW, ECC, FBN5L, DBR,etc.
• Reporting to Ufone RSM in Regional Office
• Visit to market check availabilities of SIMs, Cards, Load,
• Preparing daily cash deposit report of SO’s
• Attending monthly meeting,
• Planning kiosk activity for product promotion,
• Preparing Market visit report every day,
• Daily call to SO’s to assure better sale,
• Look after Franchise Customer Service
• Preparing Retailer monthly transaction report to improve sale,
• Sending monthly market analysis report to main office,
• Good approach, Hard work, Team Work, Time Management, Honest & Loyal to the Company,
• With all implementation every month we were achieving targets, we always to be on top of all Franchise of UFONE.
