• Preparation and completion of following imports and banking functions :
- Offer/ compilation of market demand and communicate to head office and the manufacturer.
- Issue contract (Proforma Invoice) and insuring that LC (Sight & DA) established by the importer ( client) within time to start production.
- Keeping in contact with the manufacturer regarding Production updates.
- Preparation / thorough checking of shipping documents as per LC terms & conditions.
• Performed as a single point of contact to liaison and facilitate customers import needs to ensure consistent positive customer experience. In case of any discrepancy provide resolutions and handle grievances locally Head office / manufacturer.
