6. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).

8. Communicate with public services when necessary.
9. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
10. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
11. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
12. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database.
13. Responsible for entering forms in Payroll for breeder division at the month-end by using legacy & Ax.
14. Manage entries in payroll with respect to Salary, overtime, advances, loans, joining and attendance in AX.
15. Updates employee list for life Insurance on a monthly basis.
16. Screening candidates through telephonic interviews.
17. Ensure Timely updating of records in the personal file for all the changes occurring during the employee life cycle.
18. Coordinate with HR Department through telephonic conversations & email.

o Assist in updating the job description and organograms of all divisions on a need basis.
o Builds applicant sources by researching & contacting institutes, colleges, employment agencies, recruiter’s media, and Internet sites.
o Maintain CV Data bank.
o Maintain bulletin board.
o Maintain human resource database record of employees (Short Listed /Hold/Rejected)
o Also maintain the employee’s, Insurance, salary, Loans, Advances, Medical, Social security, and EOBI record.
o Coordinate with HR-Department through telephonic conversation & email.
o Send work report to Head Office on Daily Basis.
o Manage office record & personals file.

o Enroll new employees in the attendance system.
