Responsible for back office processing of account opening forms conforming to documentary requirements, checking completeness of forms and entering of details in the system for processing, modifications to existing accounts.
Document Scanning,Maintainance scanning, Signature Scanning through Al Habib Bank banking system.
Coordination with Centralized service centre (CSC) departments .
Maintaining & proper categorized the MIS for Call-logging system & forward to Centralized service centre (CSC) for end up the call in given time.
Scrutinize all Account Opening Forms and related documents as per Prudential Regulations and Bank Policy and procedure;
Verify missing information in Customer Profile and Account Opening Form
Verify amendments in Customer Profile and Account Opening Form
Verify and ensure validation of data input in the system as per source documents
Part of Roll out Team for C-PUT(Centralized processing unit Templates)
Develop different MIS which enhance the performance of the unit.
Maintaining file of discrepant account and provide the MIS to their respective Unit Head
Ensure that timely printing and delivery of Letter of Thanks (LOT) to the new opened account holders
Ensure that undelivered status and Blocked marked in customer account on return of LOT
Full scale learning of General nature of accounts opened.

Job Responsibilities

Looking after verification of antecedents in order to maintain the employees personal file records, replies which includes adverse as well and the compliance issues regarding verification requirements need to be done as per State Bank Policy.
Coordinating with Senior Relationship Managers so that to keep them update with there particular segments hiring regarding adverse replies (if any) received from there previous employers and updating MIS about there current status or either any disciplinary action taken.
Providing updates to the supervisor about the employee issues.
Coordinating with employees regarding there queries (Hiring documentations, Joining documents, Loan applications,
