Approve/Sign financial vouchers.
In timely repair & maintenance of equipment & assets while maintaining its record.
Liaison with local and government sectors.
Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Purchase of stationery, office grocery and other miscellaneous items and its proper distribution according defined requisition approval procedure.
Responsible for the office security and monitoring of CCTV cameras.
Compile, purchase and maintain monthly requisition.
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in Lahore & Karachi offices including operations, lending, security and safety in accordance with company objectives.
Manage the effective introduction of any changes and developments into the work of the team.
Communicate with other departments to assist in answering questions and resolving issues.
