Maintains Profitability Statements of all the existing Retail outlets across Pakistan.
Involved in OMCs Pricing determination (HSD/PMG), from Ex-Refinery Price to Ex-Depot Price including adjustments of IFEM, GST, and Petroleum Levy etc.

Perform Treasury functions including overall cash management through Investment of surplus funds in different securities (e.g. TDRs, high Interest bearing saving Accounts), in order to earn optimum returns.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions in case of imports.
