Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution, operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Responsible for planning out all warehouse resources & activities in relation to companies objectives & targets. Also keeping track of stock using ERP, optimizing space for storing Goods & organizing special requirements for stock handling. And responsible for overseeing and providing functional leadership for procurement, contract administration, sub-contract management, and the preservation of products, services and company assets throughout the Group.

Keep cross checking our system data with Customer data and inform to facility manager.

Accurate and Timely Processing of Orders.
Ensure all documents are filed on completion of shift.
Accurate and Timely Completion of all records and record keeping with updated files.
Receive and record all ASN and Shipment Orders through WMS.

Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
Supervise auditing of establishments, and determine scope of investigation required.
Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
Examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with laws and regulations.

Ensures the tasks assigned viz. Loading, Unloading, Receiving, Segregation, Put away, Picking, Sorting, moves, dispatches are conducted smoothly and accurately.
Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable discrepancies are bought to the attention of the Team Leader.
Responsible for proper usage of Manual Handling Equipment MHE’s.
Responsible for the Upkeep and Safety of the Storage Systems Installed/used in the Warehouse
