Involvement in all redundancy consultations.
Ensure to managers for building and maintaining effective working relations with employees and their matters.
Provide advice to Managers and staff on employee-related and organizational matters.
Responsible for managing operations in Pakistan region in terms of achieving strategic goals.
Engage government and non-government stack holders to enhance company reputation and subsequent management of risks.
Manage compliance with company values, code of business conduct and support policies.
Validate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence and discretion.
