Role Purpose:- Managing the products Receipt/Storage/Retrieval and on time delivery. Insuring the workplace is healthy/safety and secure. Insuring of productivity targets are met and maintaining the KPI’s. Managing the admin work and reporting
• Daily entering GRNs / MINs and transfer notes in the ERP System. (Prism-Oracle)
• Preparing daily material costing report from MINs and coordination with project accountants for preparing daily
cost reports.
• To carry out periodic inventory and fixed assets count at month end and reconciling the same with book balances.
• To arrange material for delivery and preparing delivery documents and gate passes on timely basis.
• Safeguarding of inventory and fixed assets at each location and tagging the same with the fixed assets number.
• To monitor movement of inventory and fixed assets items regularly.
• To prepare reports periodically (monthly) on inventory variances.
• To analyze material wastage and recommending suggestion for the reduction of such wastages.
• Ensuring proper stacking of inventory of all inventory items.
• To ensure the slow moving stock are indentified and are provided for accordingly.
• To ensure that material returned from site are properly documented and informed to top management.
• To identify damaged items separately from the normal stock.
• To carry out exercise for Economic order quantities for proper ordering of inventory items to reduce cost.
• Managing the staff within company policy. Looking after their needs and be supportive.• Give encouragement and
motivation.• Provide training and development.
• Ensure complete Hygiene / safety of property, Employee and equipment.
