Project Manager
• Responsible for construction of multiplex cinemas in Lahore & Multan. Includes MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, HVAC Fire suppression, General Layout and complete finishing operations.
• Review and approval of Concept Design of Pakistan\'s largest 9 screen Multiplex (49000 Sft) with architects/MEP consultants/Structural consultants.
• Review and approval of changes in engineering drawings.
• Detailed MEP design in consultation with MEP consultant.

• To propose test and evaluate different fueling models to reduce fuel Opex.
• To manage fuelling system for more than 4780 DG’s installed in nationwide network, taking care of their health WRT timely PM/CM services keeping a strict check over the budgeted amount .
• To ensure the minimum outage in network due to power and fuel issues.
• Responsible to take care of the nationwide vendors regarding fuelling, DG health care.
• Technical Evaluation of Vendors for Fueling and power solution.
• Supervising all the matters related to centralized fueling data bases.
• To Control and Audit sites for implementation of ZonG Re-fueling policy.
Project Engineer
Organize, conduct projects meeting involving all stake holders and keeping track of the Meetings.
Updating all the SOP manuals for the Facility, incorporating all the changes.
To monitor Sub-contracts awarded at site against Budget provisions.
To carry out site visits scheduled /un-scheduled to ensure compliance with contract requirements and good engineering practice.
Strict monitoring of Project timelines and monitor project closeouts.
Monitoring of tasks as per the agreed SLAs.
Monitoring of Budgets CAPEX & RAVEX.
To prepare site assessment reports
To assist the Technical & Engineering Manager in completing all the pending jobs as per the OGRA’s checklist and to keep a track of all the Jobs with strong follow-up.
