Responsible for managing and leading the Accounts/Finance Team, and for the day-to-day management of the financial reporting, accounting and payroll processes.Duties

Providing accurate financial information, management accounts and data analysis to Company Directors.
Interpreting financial information and data.
Analyzing the on-going profitability of all SLA entered into by the company.
Ensuring that strong financial controls and procedures are in place.
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Monthly bank reconciliations.
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
Interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Management of tax reporting and compliance.
Handling and resolving financial queries.
Managing and developing a team of finance and AP/AR professionals.
Coordinating with External Auditors and Tax Consultants

Responsible for managing the company\'s day-to-day book keeping, accounting and financial requirements and providing insightful reporting & analysis to support senior Manager for Decision making.

Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with Conceptual framework of Financial Accounting, quarterly and Annually.
Preparing forecasted profit and loss account.
Monitoring General Ledger reconciliations, tracing and rectifying the accounting errors.
Monitoring local and foreign liabilities and their aging.
Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters.
Recovery of Original Bank guarantee documents and tender deposits.
Tax computed u/s. 149 and 155
Assisted in preparation of compliance file in reply of Income Tax commissioner on a/c of annual statuary monitoring and withholding  audit.
Prepared and filed staff Individual return and wealth reconciliation as well as maintaining working file.
Liaison with Tax consultant in absence of Manager Accounts.
Ability to file WHT IT and Sales Tax return.
Any assignment assign by Senior Manager Accounts.
