I am a graduate Civil Engineer and also member of the Pakistan Engineering Council(PEC) and Institute of Civil Engineers UK (MICE-UK),I have also done course in Health Safety from UK as CSCS Managers, with a lot of experience in the field of construction as General Manager Planning Execution, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Resident Engineer. I have also done courses in Project Management from Resource Development Institute(RDI) affiliated with PMI-USA, covering all nine areas of life cycle of a project i.e. Scope,Cost,Time,Quality, HumanResource,Procurement,Communication,Contract and Risk management. A comprehensive course in Primavera P3 was also completed for onward planning of Time management and is being used effectively in the completion of projects for the last eight years. I have also been able to complete projects in Earthquake affected areas of AJK and Mansehra under the supervision of UNICEF and CDM Constructors Inc(USA) utilizing all tools of Primavera P3 in the preparation of Earned value, Budgeted cost, Resources, Cash flow, Variance and difference in schedule. A detail plan elaborating various methods of quality assurance was implemented to achieve quality work at all levels during the life cycle of a project.I have sufficient experience in RCC frame work and mass concrete foundations involved in the construction of Cement Factories. I have also worked in UAE and Masqat on residential and commercial projects.
