خلاصہ

The idea of making a difference has always been my raison detre. Coming from the mountains of Kashmir, with a moderate family belonging and a simple educational background, I entered the world of Management Studies at the higher education level, with my familys hand always in the small of my back that has propelled me towards success. This field broadened my horizon of understanding and gave an impetus to dreams. Having a background in sciences, with a personal interest for business studies and degrees in Finance and Project Management have all milked out the good in me. These have accompanied me in my struggle to achieve self-actualization and the reason why I opted this specific area is that todays business environment is a reflection of the fact that efficient management is the new currency.


To prove that small dreams can do miracles if one has the skills and dedication to prove oneself. All one needs is a platform and opportunity to nourish and cultivate ones abilities. I want to contribute my best by working in an organization by creating a dynamic environment through constant improvement and value addition
My strength is my optimism and my strong determination to stick to my morals in this otherwise amoral world and my belief that every menace has a solution to be diagnosed only if one has a strong sincere will to search out for it. My strength also proves to be a double-edged sword when it becomes my weakness in the sense that my morals and my straightforwardness push me back when they are not compromised.
