Execute the daily accounting journal entries, and prepare weekly, monthly and annual report. Calculating and controlling payments, records, bank statements working with spreadsheets, supervise the issuance of all payment vouchers. Issuing and tracing receipt vouchers to orders. Managing receivables and payables, Handling petty cash funds, sales and purchase ledgers and journals, Ability to produce trail balance on quarterly basis and annual basis, Ability to professionally use any computerized accounting software. Coordinate with Finance Manager for preparing multiple reports, maintaining a functional and operational workspace at all times.
