Responsible for management of the treasury, finance and accounts department of Dream Homes Marketing.
▪ Responsible for co-ordination with societies regarding project management and reciliations.
▪ Responsible for cash and funds management.
▪ Responsible for preparation of financial projections and operational budgets.
▪Assisting the management in the development of organizational plans.
▪ Liaising with banks in negotiating finance (running and short term).
▪ Overseeing the management of fixed and current assets of Dream Homes Marketing.
▪ Overseeing the management and filing of tax returns.
▪ Correspondence with tax department for compliance of various legal and routine notices, along with filing of applications for rectification, refund, exemptions and approvals.

▪ Communication with the present and prospective clients regarding the scope of work and timetable of audit engagement.
Carry out audit planning, evaluation of control activities and audit of the financial statements in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
▪ Review, preparation and compilation of financial statements in accordance with the reporting framework comprising of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable local laws.
Review of compliance with applicable laws.
▪ Evaluation of Internal Control System to identify deficiencies in the system and suggesting remedial procedures through Internal Control Memorandum (management letter) to rectify the control weaknesses.
▪ Recruitment of trainee students and grooming them as part of firm’s succession planning process.
▪ Conducting workshops for the trainee students on different topics such as any changes in the IFRS’s, ISA’s and introduction of any new law and regulation by the regulatory authority and their impact on the industry and the financial statements of the audit clients.
