Responsible to oversee the overall project activities and deliverables and overall reporting, implementation, and project coordination with the project partners and donors.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

-Monitor and manage the implementation of all project activities to ensure they align with the project\'s objectives and are carried out efficiently.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design a comprehensive capacity-building strategy for LCSs and CSOs in the nutrition sector.

- Ensure that the strategy is tailored to address specific needs and challenges in Sindh.

- Conduct a thorough capacity assessment of LCSs and CSOs to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

-Use the findings to inform the development of targeted capacity-building plans.

- Organize and oversee capacity-building workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities for LCSs and CSOs.

- Coordinate the delivery of training modules on nutrition-related topics, program management, advocacy, and other relevant areas.

- Provide technical support and guidance to LCSs and CSOs throughout the project, offering expertise in nutrition, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and other relevant fields.

- Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress and impact of capacity-building activities.

- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage project resources, including finances, personnel, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and adherence to the project budget.

- Foster strong collaboration and coordination among project team members, government agencies, CSOs, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

- Prepare regular progress reports, documenting the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from capacity-building efforts.

-Share these reports with project stakeholders and donors.

- Establish a repository of resources, tools, and best practices related to capacity building and nutrition.

- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge among LCSs, CSOs, and other project stakeholders.

- Assist LCSs and CSOs in advocating for improved nutrition policies and programs at the local and regional levels, leveraging their enhanced capacity to effect positive change.

- Ensure that capacity-building initiatives promote gender equality and inclusivity, considering the unique needs and perspectives of women and men in nutrition efforts.

- Develop plans for the sustainability of capacity-building efforts beyond the project duration, ensuring that LCSs and CSOs can continue their nutrition-focused work effectively.

- Be aware of potential conflicts or sensitivities that may arise during project implementation and take measures to address them sensitively and appropriately.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in nutrition and capacity-building methodologies, incorporating new insights and best practices into project activities.

- Undertakes any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Responsible to provide programmatic leadership to strategize and promote policy advocacy actions on \"Electoral Quality and Inclusiveness Program (EQuIP)\" in 5 districts of North Sindh region with a regional network of 27 CSOs organizations government counterparts, political parties, main stream media and political workers.

„  Facilitated the CSO’s regional network strategy-building consultation process resulting in establishing policy guidelines for specific policy advocacy actions, electoral reforms, accountability and inclusiveness;
„  Developed and implemented a robust election observation plan with, CSOs Regional Network, District Election Commissioners/ DROs in 5 districts of North Sindh region in accordance with Election Rules 2017; 
„  Trained and deployed 54 (50% female) Election Observers who had successfully conducted the inside and outside election observation of 216 polling stations in 5 districts of North Sindh during SGLE 2022.

Responsible to formulate and facilitate citizens’ collective efforts and government \"local actions for democratic and inclusive response to COVID-19 (LADIR) response to address the effects of COVID-19 & strengthened partnership cooperation to support the vulnerable groups affected during the pandemic crisis.

„  Build multi-stakeholders COVID-19 response & coordination mechanism through a public-private partnership, resulting in timely oversight, public information, and advocacy actions on the COVID-19 situation;
„  Supported over 3000 marginalized women for access to new National Identity Cards (CNICs) through the facilitation of mobile van services; resulting in connecting 65 % of ultra-poor women with Social Safety Nets; 
„  Improved the capacity of 25 mainstream media journalists including 40% women on optimal use of available digital tools and social media platforms for reporting on health and disaster-related issues.

Promotion of Harmony in Cultural Spaces with Women and Youth Project
Responsible to provide the programmatic leadership for identifying and planning on potential advocacy opportunities on peace and interfaith harmony, optimized organizational growth, outreach, and networking.
Key achievements 
„  Facilitated 200 training and capacity (50 % female) building workshops with female and male youth groups on building peace and interfaith harmony in cultural spaces;
„  Strengthening local and cultural forums and youth clubs for interfaith harmony workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on university, college, and High Schools campuses   
„  Established appropriate strategies and coordination/liaison to build relations with community leaders, politicians, lawyers, media, academia, and government counterparts;
„  Established a network of 500 youth groups in 100 villages, and provided them with interfaith and cultural harmony education who further networked with regional and international coalitions and social movements for coordinated actions on advocacy and campaigns on policy reforms.

Responsible to strategize legal aid services and prisoners rehabilitation services through prison reforms and advocacy actions with government line agencies, strengthening stakeholders’ coordination, optimized research, quality assurance and compliance with policy regulations.

„  Organized policy advocacy workshops and events with CSOs, parliamentarians, and human rights committees of the upper and lower house, adopting international human rights treaties and reforms in the criminal justice system;
„  Structured the process of litigation services to prisoners, and legal reforms with relevant legal stakeholders on the death penalty, the juvenile justice system and the criminal justice system
„  Facilitated capacity-building workshops with police, judiciary and prison department on human rights adherence in the criminal justice system

Responsible lead CSR project actions on education and health service delivery, including community development infrastructure schemes, preparing financial forecasting and developing risk analysis, and issue resolution strategies.
Key achievements
„  Strengthened stakeholders’ engagement to support ultra-poor communities’ access to health, education and natural resource management; including women’s access to safe drinking water schemes resulting in 15 solar water supply schemes, 100 deep hand pumps, water filtration plants for 200 HH in 100 villages. 
„  Promoted community mobilization for effective involvement for education in 12 Community Based Schools; resulted in increased enrolment in schools 35% girls and 54% boys in primary schools and 96% attendance;
„  Facilitation of 4000 male 6000 female and child patients with free health services through 2 Community Health Centres, PCR Lab and monthly mobile clinics in remote desert villages; 
„  Designed appropriate strategies  to provide nutrition supplements to 5000 malnutrition children and 2000 women through an immunization program with the health department and other relevant stakeholders;

Managing a team of 2district observers and 40 constituency observers, responsibilities included monitoring and oversight of the national and international standards on the election process, on-spot polling observation etc.

„  Deployed 40 constituency election observers on electoral administration process, data collection methods and tools, including early identification of issues and challenges against standard electoral procedures;
„  Facilitated policy dialogue and consultation meetings with national and international observers, government counterparts, political parties and media, through the comparative exchange of knowledge and expertise on electoral policy reforms.

„  Developed appropriate strategies for the establishment of a national level peasant – led coalition, resulting in peasant’s collective actions on farmers friendly agriculture policy and resource mobilization;
„  Trained 200 peasants 50% women (peasants\' alliance) on skills related to agriculture resource management, food security, climate change resilience; women\'s access to sustainable livelihoods, kitchen gardening;
„  Strengthened and supported peasant-alliance actions on climate reliance agriculture practices, resulting in enhance food security practices, seed conservation, enhance kitchen gardening, promoting organic agriculture value chain and supply in market.

Responsible to support HRCP in preparing the human rights protection strategies on GBV, Sexual and Psychological violence against women and children, minorities and ethnic groups.

„  Strengthened coordination links with Protection Mechanisms, Shelters, Dar-ul-Aman and victim protection centres, including psycho-social support programs etc.;
„  Prepared fact sheets, reports, policy and legal analysis & dissemination of human rights fact-finding through media briefing and stakeholder engagements;
„  Responsible for preparing and analysing data on deprivation of liberty under the Criminal Justice System of Pakistan, compiling policy responsiveness, and analysing policy briefs, laws & acts.
