1. To prepare monthly attendance for salary purpose on the basis of Hand Geometric machines record.
2. To maintain attendance of the employees for payroll purposes.
3. To maintain leave record of the employees(there were total 250 - 300 employees).
4. To maintain personnel files.
5. To draft letters, minutes, e-mails and other correspondence.
6. To ensure that organizational rules and regulations are implemented in true letter and spirit.
7. To keep liaison with Head Office in connection with the cases sent to H/O for approval.
8. To handle disciplinary cases of the employees.
9. To conduct inquiries and investigations against the employees involving in breach of rules(I was designated Inquiry/Investigation Officer in PIA). I conducted many inquiries and investigations.
Custodian of personnel files of about 250-300 employees. Looking and handling their hr related matters. Maintaining their perks records.
Preparing their cases about special sick leaves, accident leaves, maternity leave or any other kind of leaves for Head Office approval.
Preparing retirement cases, completing retirement formalities.
To watch if rule and regulations are followed by the employees in true letter and spirit.
