Throughout my career I have maintained the highest performance standards within a diverse range of functions which I clearly illustrated by my past success. As I rendered services in the humanitarian field in 2010, having multi-dimensional task like psycho-social support, Counselling,artistic sessions, Social Mobilization, Management and training, organization and planning, reporting data collection,and coaching. Implements and evaluates the program activities. Analyzes and evaluates data to ensure achievement of objectives and takes corrective action when necessary to meet program objective. Managed and implemented the strategies envisaged and interventions in the project areas including delivering psycho-social support. I have ensured achievement of objectives and take in corrective action when necessary to meet program objectives. Contributes to the development and introduction of new approaches, methods and practices in principle of the organizational standards. I have made good relations and linkages with the team members for good understanding and quality implementation.
My desire is to take further by developing skills that can help my team and me together, as I have realized the continually growing importance of our services. From my understanding so far about my work, it is mostly about giving comprehensive psychological support. I believe it will be an amazing experience for me.
