Lead CRM Conduct with all concerned department for execution of project.  Liaison with the Production Manager, Engineering and Supply Chain team on materials and machinery availability.  To plan and schedule workflow for each operational area according to previously established manufacturing sequences.  To analyze and review lead times to reflect actual manufacturing processes.  To produce capacity plan detail to enable forward planning of production areas.  To produce department KPI’s where applicable  To undertake associated projects – stock, planning and production, master data actions etc.  To work closely with the procurement team carrying out forecasting and inventory analysis for future purchasing decisions.  To hold daily production meetings with production areas and update KPI’s as appropriate.  To determine and implement appropriate planning processes within the business.  Cost estimating & developing the budget. Organizing & motivating project team   Monitoring Activity & resource planning of project phases.    Monitoring progress &Analyzing and managing project risk 

Prepare Plan for casting & machining of Cement sector, Power sector, steel sectors components as well as refurbishment plan of heavy manufacturing component. Procurement of all consumable required for projects Ensure that completion of project within target date. Track, Monitor & Forecast (MMM, WRM Data’s) of all activities & deliverables Such as products, Engineering  

Co-ordinate and plan the activities to design department for execution of drawings, work orders and demands  Prepare and review the schedules of technology drawings, simulation on magma, pattern and molding.  Prepare and review the casting schedules of induction & Cupola sections and monitors the schedules on daily   basis for smooth casting.  Managing casting of projects and spares at Cupola sections and induction furnaces from technology drawing to completion
