Key Responsibilities -Working in treasury section of finance department. -Prepare cash flow on daily basis for management reporting. -Prepare investment report containing value of investments, change in value of investments, profit and loss for the day, month to date and year to date on daily basis. -Monitor fund position of multiple accounts and make transfers accordingly to meet the minimum balance requirements and to run the operations smoothly. -Prepare bank reconciliation of more than 20 accounts. -Recording of bank charges, taxes and profits in ERP. -Make arrangements for placement of term deposits in banks. -Correspondence with bank to resolve any issues arises.

Key Responsibilities:
-Recording Transactions in Oracle after proper verification.
-Liaison with other department to ensure that all the bills is being submitted on time for recording in relevant period.
-Prepare bank reconciliation statement on daily and monthly basis.
-Prepare Tax report of withheld tax (income & sales tax) on weekly basis.
-Any other task assign by seniors.

Special assessment:
-Reconciliation of legacy system with newly implemented ERP & upload the missing data.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handling accounts of restaurant.
-Placing purchase orders.
-Manage Inventory.
-Collect the information to properly record sales and all the expenses.
-Deposit cash sales into bank.
-Prepare bank reconciliation statement.
-Handling petty cash.
-Maintain suppliers account.
-Arrang timely payments for suppliers.

Key working areas:
-Sound knowledge of working on oracle based ERP system.
-Recording accounting entries of premium received in ERP system.
-Issue premium receipt against collected premium.
-Assist in bank reconciliation statement.
-Allocation of expenses in system. (By passing adjusting entries )
-Assist in calculation of commission payable.
Settlement of claims.
