We deal in the Trucking Industry across North America create and provide E-log solutions as per laws enforced by the US department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, serving the trucking industry of North America.
I also attended an on job training program for a detailed explanation on how backend processes work in order to look deeply analyze the technical issues faced by clients.

* Posting property ads on different platforms for Property postings in U.S such as Craigslist and many more.
* Contacting Property owners and finalizing deals with them.
* working on Rehab properties mainly, which is mainly a bid deal in securing a successful deal.
* General Administrative tasks.

* Answering calls from Prospects, Real estate agents.
* Providing Customer Services over phone, Email, Text messages.

Primary areas of responsibilities included but not limited to:

* Posting Property ads for listings into Craigslist and following up with inquiries and scheduling showings.
* Coordination & follow up with prospective Tenants interested in leasing vacant units.
* Fielding calls from Tenants regarding property issues.
* Following up with Vendors to complete repair and other requests within 24 hours.
* Preparation of regular reports for Management, Office and Clients.
* Managing and supervising offshore agents and associates hired by the company around the world.
* Other Administrative tasks related to Property Management.

Major roles and Responsibilities included but were not limited to:

* Served under the capacity of Client services department and took the client services to the next level, meeting up international client services standards.

* The job nature relied mostly upon multitasking including client handling, solving their issues, processing the orders, booking the shipments with the logistics, email handling, processing replacements and refunds.

* Creating weekly & monthly reports presenting the progress of the Client Services department directly to the CFO and CEO of the company.

* Worked as Point of Contact and Client Coordinator for the most sensitive and largest client, Wal-Mart and dealt with their sales, shipping and performed other job related tasks.

Used to provide numerous services including during/after hrs emergency and other services required by the respective clients and Emergency Dispatches.

Provided Services to the big tycoons of North American Real Estate industry as Real Estate Analyst. Dealt with both Renters and Buyers (Residential only). Provided Support to the incoming clients, assisted them with securing properties,
scheduling open houses. Lead generation and forwarding them to Licensed Company agents countrywide.

* Worked with one of the U.S based Title company as Payoff analyst in the Payoff Department.
