I am a social science expert with a consistent track record of success in achieving a broad range of goals throughout my career, which brings a positive change in the management of any organization.  


I possess around 15 years of experience with a multi-disciplinary professional background, having worked with different NGO/INGO and Donors. I have worked in different capacities including Community Mobilization, Micro Financing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Third Party Validation, Data Collection and Analysis, Data Management, Android based Surveys and High-quality Report Writing and Case Studies. I have the expertise of producing and editing reports and other relevant documents.


Currently (Since July 2023), I am working as “Individual Consultant-Senior Evaluation Expert” with an Italy based company IZI Methods, Analysis & Economic Evaluations Spa-Rome for the Impact Assessment of “Program to fight poverty through rural development in the provinces of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administered Tribal Areas and Neighbouring Areas” implemented by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) through different partner organizations.


Currently (Since June 2023), I am working as Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer with Inspire Pakistan for collecting and analysing data on the performance and effectiveness of a Community Based Protection Project sponsored by United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) for Afghan refugees and host communities in areas of ICT, Punjab and Sindh.


Earlier, (December 2021 to May 2023), I am worked as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. I have been posted in the Planning & Development Section of the ministry for designing and conducting monitoring, verification, evaluation, and assessment of different education projects.


Formerly (February 2019 to December 2021), I worked as Monitoring & Evaluation Expert at MM Pakistan Pvt. Ltd Islamabad to monitor and report on couple of projects including “Attendance Compliance Monitoring of Waseela-e-Taleem of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)”, “WARSAK Dam Rehabilitation & Community Development Project” and “End Line Survey of Third Tier Organizations (TTOs)/Local Support Organizations (LSOs) sponsored by the Lahore School of Economics (LSE) and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF).


Previously (April 2013-June 2018), I rendered services to The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Board, Govt. of Punjab as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at to ensure effective and smooth implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of five years “World Bank funded Punjab Cities Governance Improvement Project (PCGIP)”.


Earlier (October 2011-January 2013), I worked with the ICF-GHK Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for a project “Targeting Process Evaluation of Benazir Income Support Program” by conducting individual interviews of the BISP officials and the beneficiaries, across province Punjab.


Around four years (April 2008-October 2011), I remained part of the Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP) as Social Organizer/Incharge Field Unit. My key role was to mobilize the rural people of district Faisalabad, formation of Community Organizations (COs), disbursement and recovery of Microfinance, Physical Infrastructure and Technical and Vocational Trainings.


My individual and team development skills are noteworthy throughout entire professional career including project implementation, training, team management, Android/ODK based surveys for data collection, data analysis, data quality and management, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, communication and interpersonal skills. I use a hands-on and supportive approach that leads to improve performance.

The Programme for Poverty Reduction (PPR) was financed by the Government of Italy (GoI) through the Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGCS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (DGCS/MAECI) and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). PPR was implemented by PPAF in close collaboration with the Italian Coordination Office in Pakistan, the World Bank (untied component) and through 17 Partner Organizations (POs). The aim of PPR was to contribute to poverty reduction in rural areas of 14 districts of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and the newly merged districts (NMD, formerly known as the Federally Administered Tribal Areas/FATA). These districts are amongst the most vulnerable and underserved areas of the country and suffer from multi-dimensional poverty as well as safety and security challenges. The development goal of PPR was “population poverty reduction through the creation of sustainable conditions of social and economic development, including income and production capacity increases.”
-Lead/manage evaluation, analysis, and assessment activities, including coordination and oversight of local partners engaged in these activities.
-Design quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analytical methods and tools to support evaluation design and implementation
-Liaise with the Country Director to inform the design of each evaluative activity and support quality assurance activities throughout each study, including the review of milestone deliverables and final reports prior to submission to donor.
-Support the selection and engagement of local partners and experts for activities, and support team development, training, and execution of activities.
-Manage evaluation and task team leaders and provide quality control in the implementation of evaluations.
-Establish methodological processes and standards that are compliant with donor Evaluation Policy for MEL staff to adhere to on project monitoring and evaluation activities.

-Be part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will be primarily responsible for the management and implementation of all the PSDP projects.
-Work independently with guidance from the PD to ensure programme delivery, client satisfaction and budget adherence.
