Currently, I am working in Vivo Electric Pvt Ltd which is a Chinese Mobile company known as VIVO, recently launched in Pakistan. I am working as an Assistant Manager Imports / Exports here for the past 18 months. Placing orders to our head office in China, Cargo Movement, Shipment tracking, Customs clearance, EIF approval from Bank, Wire Transfers, NOC from PTA, Internal reports, Freight and Custom vendor dealing and several other import related matters are part of my job description.

I have worked for Innovative PVT LTD and Innovative Technology Solutions FZE as a Commercial Imports Executive in their Lahore office for more than 2 years. Majorly I dealt with a well reputed ATM German based company known as Wincor Nixdorf. Other than that I was also dealing with Schneider Electric FZE, APC and G & D FZE for order processing and many other processes of International Procurement. Arranging freight forwarder in the required country, movement of the cargo including ATM Machines, Power Equipment, Note Sorting and Counting Machines and their Maintenance Material to Pakistan and then its clearance from the customs were also the matters I was looking after. I also dealt with banks for the payment matters such as Wire Transfers and Letter of Credit.
