Managing AC Free installation project across Karachi region

Daily follow ups of pending reports from CSOs and make report.

· Manages the record of out of city units received in Karachi service center for repairing and timely delivered units.
· Daily follow ups of dispatching units report from dispatching department
· Manages Service Center functional and provide after sale services to the best of customer satisfaction with in company policy

· To ensure that all incoming customers units are registered in software and all revenues of service center are achieved.
· To ensure all company revenue is documented and daily collection is deposited to branch accountant as per SOP of Finance dept.
· To check daily pending jobs report and act according to the instructions of Head office.
· To check daily in process jobs pending for parts and SRN cases and take action till their completion.
· To ensure that all job cards along with receipts and warranty cards are filled in proper manner.
· To assist store incharge to maintain minimum reserve level of parts at Service Center.
· Design and Implement PLC based Genset monitoring system and named DGMON.
· Programed genset monitoring system as per customer requirements.
· Implement genset monitoring system with diesel genset of different company’s client.
· Interface fuel sensors with genset monitoring systems
· Check daily genset status report remotely and resolves issues faced by customers.
· Corresponds customers via phone calls and provide them technical support
· Manages the installation procedures of Single & Three Phase Online and Line Interactive UPS (650 VA – 80 KVA).
· Majorly corresponds with company’s clients via emails and phone calls.
· Testing and Troubleshooting of faulty UPS in the Lab.
· Maintains the record of Field Service Report of company’s clients.
· Quotes repair estimates of faulty parts in the UPS and maintain the record of Service Level Agreement.
