Warehouse In-Charge
Managing the efficient receipt, storage and issuance of materials to production from the warehouse.
Perform all ERP ORACLE transactions required in the receipt, transfer and movement of warehouse managed material. Perform ORACLE transactions to support non-inventoried receipts. Perform investigations on receipt variances
Ensure good warehousing and documentation practices as per international quality requirements.
Monitor and ensure dispensing & sampling of raw material/ packing material are done as per production plan with complying procedure.
Manage and monitor storage, labelling, warehouse cleaning, materials segregation, location identification & proper arrangements.
Align responsibilities to team members to achieve the target as per production plan.
Monitor rejection/ Expiry of raw material, packing material. Report to cross functional team for disposition.
Manage and ensure equipment calibrations and documentations are done as per requirement.
Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies

Actively report and communicate with Managers on procedures, materials, support of team by assisting in carrying out goals and objectives
