Arrangement of meetings , presentations , trainings, files work etc As a section head overall responsibility of children’s growth academically and also physically . PTM’s arrangement meetings with parent , collaborate with other fellow member and also with the head of school and college .

I am working as a Principal that means as an executive I am working in Dar e Arqam Schools Abbottabad one of the best amongst system schools . I have learnt and implementing the concept of hive or co space to work with other in a good environment.
Planning Management, designing of new syllabus , overall observing the academics are the main responsibilities of my job . To take care of parents and children when they visit the school ‘ as well .
Provide my students with opportunities to participate in different co curricular activities.
Trainings of Teachers , non academic staff in different forums .
New hirings or inductions of staff and indulge them into different trainings through model lectures so that they will understand the system smoothly is the key factor of my job .
Office management and file management is the most important task which I do .
To generate a friendly environment between staff , different fun activities have been arranged and will be if I continue there .
