1.Opening of café under custody , maintaining of all cleaning activities & assigning work to staff.
2.Managing all inventories, including receiving of physical stock from vendor and punching in system.
3.Checking physical stock, maintaining wastage from useable stock in both system & physical
4.Maintaining all financial record,Deposting cash into bank both physical slips & in system.
5.Maintaining petty cash & payroll of all staff
6.Organizing outdoor activities stalls & Organizing indoor events of customers on behalf restaurant
7.Supervisng home deliveries including Order taking, briefing customers, movement of riders & giving
8.Maintaining All staff record both in system & physical documents & resolving there conflicts
9.Taking customers queries & solving there issues in restaurant as well as on social media.
10.Supervising On counter dealings, assigning sales target to sales team & taking follow up .
