I am a qualified Cost & Management Accountant having qualified from The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan I have also completed Articles with a firm of Chartered Accountants. I have more than twenty years experience in finance/accounts/taxation. Most of my experience is with The Attock Group of Companies. My responsibilities with the Attock Group included preparation of periodical financial statements, maintenance of computerized accounts, liason with associated companies,assisting auditors from Pakistan & UK for finalization of accounts for submission to Registrar of Companies in Pakistan and with Companies House UK. I also handled tax matters of employees and assisted Company's tax advisers for assessments/hearings/appeals of the Company's taxation.
