• Preparing project wise cost overview reports / profit & loss statements.
• Monthly quantity variance analysis reports of rig sites.
• Tender bid costing (Material related).
• Advancing ideas and participation in system development pertaining to day to day transactions reporting and reconciliation controls.
• Reconciliation of catering business related stocks, identification and resolution of issues by way of active collaboration with concerned process owners.
• Supervising stock controlling and monthly stock Audit.
• Preparation of material budget & Variances.
• Member of ERP costing module development & implementation team, reconcile activities of costing with the results produced by ERP module for its accuracy.

• Supervising payables of Hardware, Grocery Procurement & other transactions.
• Checking of vendors’ liability of Hardware, Grocery Procurement & other services on daily basis.
• Checking of Vendor Remittance Note of approved liabilities.
• Controlling vendor advances & reporting of unadjusted advances on weekly basis.
• Reconciling the Accounts Payable Control account & other general ledger accounts as instructed.
• Correspondence with vendors, Procurement Officers, ERP team and Finance department for different issues & inquiries.
• Updating and maintaining payroll records, liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
• Monthly Payroll reporting of all Locations to meet internal and statutory obligations.
• Preparation of monthly Hardware & Grocery Procurement Reports.

Staff listing in EOBI and monthly payments.
Monthly MIS & FIS Consolidation & Reporting.
