Review Client\'s steel structural drawings, documentation, and requirements (RFQ).
Reviews and interprets designed, architectural, and structural drawings, understanding design intent and directs steel detailers to prepare drawings to shop standards. 
Ensures shop drawings are in compliance with design intent on the project.
Performs material take off from Steel Structural drawings and prepare BOM.
Prepare Quotations purchase orders and invoices.
Supervises/Approves steel structure drawings issued by designers and drafters. 
Prepares technical documentation for steel structure material requisition and assists the procurement department in the technical evaluations. 
Played a key role in the Fabrication by leading the team to execute the fabrication job of steel structures and piping works with defined scope of works and specification. 
Manage all communication with supervisors, ensure efficiency of all fabrication process, and resolve all issues for processes. 
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. 
Monitor all material stocks to avoid any shortage in upcoming production. 
Implementation of safety procedures during fabrication work and maintenance ofmachines.
Prepare and implement maintenance schedule of machines to ensure smooth running during production.

Plans, directs, and manages a major function of the Mechanical activities of the cementmill.
Manage and supervise all Routine and Non-routine Mechanical jobs. 
Conduct regular Mechanical inspection of all Plant equipment in all conditions (stoppage, running), formalized inspection reports, and make plans of maintenance activities accordingly. 
Plan and manage all maintenance jobs for Routine Shut down or Break down maintenance. 
Follow up, execute the pending Preventive Maintenance activities, and submit report. 
Ensure execution of pending Preventive Maintenance activities of assigned areas. 
Check and record temperature and vibration readings of critical equipment once a week and indicate abnormal temperature and vibration to relevant department for remedial action. 
Manage the all consumable inventory items and spare parts to reduce down time. 
Manage Mechanical Man Power according to duty roaster and especially in case of emergency.
Maintaining the mechanical history cards of all machines after any major activity. 
Implementation of safety procedures during Shut down or routine maintenance.
Supervising the replacement work of main drive gearbox, chain bucket elevator at cementmill. 
Measure and monitor equipment conditions and identify the needs for Mechanical maintenance taking into account production constraints. 
Prevent failure of equipment using all possible information and data available.
