Leading the stakeholder and community engagement components in UKAID Match project “turning plastic and other waste into green products, to improve the environment and health” in Karachi. Designed behaviour and communication change (BCC) strategy and roll out plan and successfully implementation in project communities. 
Developed an effective stakeholder engagement plan and worked in partnership with Local Government and Sindh Solid Waste Management Board (SSWMB). In collaboration with SSWMB an innovative waste management and recycling model has been developed for improved and sustainable waste management solutions.
Designed, developed and managed the recycling facility to treat 18 tonnes solid waste every day. Converting the green waste into organic compost using aerobic composting method. Producing plastic pallets and waste dustbins by recycling the plastic polythene bags.

Concern, IRC, WFP and ACTED are implementing DFID funded Building Disaster Resilience in Pakistan (BDRP) programme. The goal of BDRP programme funded is to increase Pakistan capability to reduce disaster risk, though better planning, preparedness, response, and resource allocation at the governmental and community levels. The consortium, led by Concern Worldwide in partnership with ACTED, Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and International Rescue Committee (IRC) has implemented phase-I of the Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) component of BDRP in four districts (Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur- Punjab, Ghotki, and Kashmore- Sindh. Based on the learnings from phase-1 the programme is further up scaled in other disaster prone nine (09) districts including (Muzaffargarh, Jhang, Rajanpur- Punjab, Ghotki, Dadu, Kashmore and Tharparkar - Sindh, DI Khan and Chitral in KP) of Pakistan over a period of two years during the second phase (two years).
