·   Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.·   Responsible for managing the complete Recruitment system; from start to end, along with recruitment strategy, Screening, Interviews and Bargaining and Negotiation.·   Responsible for making new company policies and also update the existing ones.·   Responsible for managing the complete Learning & Development system; from start to end, along with conducting TNA, conducting Trainings and make analysis of these Trainings.·   Responsible for making and implementing Weekly and Monthly KPI system in company.·   Responsible for implementing 2:7:1 KPI system based on Monthly KPI Scoresheet.·   Conducting New Employee Orientations, Employee Relations Counseling, sound Organizational Culture and Workplace Environment.·    Implementing and revising a Company’s Performance Appraisal System and Departmental Career Growth Path.·    Responsible for preparing HR reports for analysis (e.g. HR Forecasting report, Wages report etc.)·    Reporting directly to Nasys CEO for presenting cost effective plans and better learning plans for staff.

I am working as an HR Executive in Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited. I am responsible for the execution of monthly payroll of more than 700 employees. I have to update monthly reports e.g (Turnover Report, On roll report, Cost per Employee, Wage Report etc. ). I am responsible for the Job Analysis and in that I have made Job Descriptions of more than 300 designations. I am responsible to conduct the employee engagement activities and to manage events.
