I am a profession and having MBA Finance degree, after completioin of my qualification I have joined IRC as Admin & Logistic Assistant for 6 months, then continously worked as Registration officer and Grienvance officer up to December 2016. after that then I moved to UAE and join Malik Exchange as Internal Auditor from january 2019. presently I am working with malik Exchange.

Job description including Compliance audit as well as Financial audit.
- Overall coordination with all stakeholders and UNHCR, attend meeting regularly internal and external related to Grievance desk and Protection case and overall progress sharing.
- Recording the issues faced by IDPs like family tree issue, CRS (under 18 years) issue, RDU form lost, Cash grant package, No record (verified block), Registration transfers to a spouse, Protection cases like a disabled person, Chronically ill, Female headed household, Old age person and provide necessary information in response to reported issues.
- Update and correct IDP records and share that information with relevant agencies, including UNHCR data, protection cluster, FDMA and NADRA for assistance;
- Provide information and advice on issues related to registration, IDPs cash grant package of FDMA, Food, NFIs and services available.
- Conduct awareness raising session about Civil documentation, Hygiene etc.
- Daily visits to field, spontaneous camp to identify issues, PWSN, protection issues. Prepare case studies , daily progress report , weekly report and share with Field coordinator.
- Through a referral mechanism we referred cases directly to the concern organization like NADRA, handicap international, Child protection Unit, SRSP and UNHCR to resolve the issue like Family tree, modification, finger print, Child protection case, Disability case and transferring of registration to spouse etc.
- Extra activity assigned as a verification officer for the cash grant activity of Khyber agency returns and on the same time record cash grant grievances and forward to UNHCR.
