DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
Define customer needs and requirements
Preparation of electrical drawings and specifications for renovation and new construction projects.
Preparation of engineering studies for site and building assessments and recommendations for repairs and
upgrades.
Coordinate with clients and sub-consultants to determine project requirements, schedules and deliverables.
Lead and supervisor design engineers and cad technicians for project execution.
Understand design and code requirements to create construction documents.
Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems
Summarize data and report on test results
Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
Monitor maintenance and inspection plans

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, supervise and coordinate electrical inspection/engineering QC activities with site supervision team,
and acts as MOI representative on the project sites.
Highlights the areas of potential non-conformity, and advises for preventive action. Review and check
submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with
contract drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design team to resolve all construction issues, and quality related conflicts.
Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on
deficiencies and advise for the required corrections on site.
Assist the site supervision team, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, attend quality weekly
meetings under the area manager.
Implement accident prevention plan. Promote safety goals and the culture of safety on the jobsite.
Coordinate testing and inspection of off-site materials storage and testing.
Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings.
Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to electrical quality control.
Highlights deficiencies, shortfalls and indicates areas for improvements either within the construction
activities or for documenting procedures and evaluate remedial procedures.
Flag all concerns regarding contractor’s deviations from the set and approved quality plan; raise necessary
NCR’S and coordinate with the area/assistant area manager on the NCR’s acceptable closing procedure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools,
etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst.
Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or
specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular
basis or as required.
Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract
documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international
standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the
project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental
standards.
Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.
