2. Preapre all invoices & recepits for local sale and Import/Export.
3. Closed communication with our customers.
4. Control all Adminstative & Operational issues of warehouse.
5. Making all Expense / Payroll account of warehouse.
6. Manage all staff of warehouse and production department.

Reconciliation of issues related to warehouse, outlets & Services Center Inventory.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies for inventory distribution.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of Inventory.
Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate in
warehouse and stores.
Plan future capacity requirements
Maintain & Control the inventory/stock aging.
Working at FIFO method for inventory valuation on oracle MIS System.
organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance
and progress
motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure
productivity targets are met or exceeded
Produce regular reports and statistics on weekly and monthly basis.
Visit different stores to monitor the quality of service & Stock Position.
maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work
environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely
oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated
storage and retrieval systems.

Manage the Sale & Purchased of Empty Containers.
Manage the Full & Empty containers inventory of company with private yard in
Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Maintain the operational Reports on weekly and monthly bases (Inventory, ITV, EDIs
and KPI).
Manage Local Transport Distribution to have plenty of vehicles the Company’s volume.
Manage all the documents which needed for the time loading cargo in our company
containers.
Have closed communication with Customers and transporters.

Lead the our logistic team at Karachi & different locations.
Lead Cold Supply Chain Team for Dry Containers, Break-Bulk & Flat-Racks.

Arranging the POD (Proof of Delivery) of Transportation and sent to respectable
Clients.
Responsible of the management of “outsource third party” repair & maintenance.

Arrange the transport (vehicles) for local and international movements.
Monitoring Vehicles Movement for Inter-Afghan Movement (Scrap removal from 10
Camps/Bases).
