- Maintaining strong business relationship with clients and key strategic partners, performing sales forecast, setting objectives and KPI’s accordingly.
- Collaborating with departmental teams, providing assistance in capacity building trainings & performance evaluation to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Preparing periodic sales report projecting sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.

• Mapping of OGRA approved product movement plan in SAP to cater product availability as per marketing requirement after due consultation with IFEM team.
• Prepared PRs are communicated to countrywide Supply Points.
• Advisory role to logistics for fleet deployment and execution in order to bridge supply demand gap and to readily supply product stocks wherever inventory is depleting.
• Inventory and movement monitoring to ensure product supplies are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Development of analytical reports for top management for costing purposes, especially for Inland Freight Equalization Margin, a significant component of overall pricing mechanism of the country.
• Daily Sales/Upliftments and Purchases are recorded in order for stocks planning and monitoring.
• Monthly product movement analysis.
• Daily coordination with every Byco Supply point throughout Pakistan for compilation of upliftments from each supply point.
• Regular monitoring of depot and product wise status
• Issue daily PMP (product movement plan) variance reports through regular follow-ups of sales and product procurement.

• To generate STO (stock transfer order) and sales order through “SAP” system for all types of sales including local sales (retail outlets/LPG/industrial and lubricants) and export sales (bunker and afghan export)
• Process checking and give training to relevant staff for different required system activities before its implementation in “SAP”
• To control and prepare a report regarding product movement throughout the country
• Co-ordination with Production, Sales & Marketing Department for timely availability & Distribution of POL products to different industrial & consumer customers
• Analytical reports issuance regarding Product Dispatches, Loss Gain / Shortages incurred during transportation
Handling all types of customer complaints and to keep follow-up with all the relevant departments unless complaints are resolved

• To supervise overall Dispatch & Logistics Operation from the Refinery for PMB Division for all Petroleum Products (POL) includes Local, Up Country, Bunkering, & Export Supplies
• Responsible for Export Documentation includes Commercial Invoicing, Sales Tax Invoicing, Material Inspection & Receiving Report, Transport Permits for custom clearance, Tank Lorries Physical Inspection Reports & other documents required for export
• Handling Of overall activity of dispatch & logistics operation through “SAP” system with focus on modules of “Material Management (MM) & “Sales & Distribution (SD)”
• Co-ordination with Quality Control Department in order to ensure the quality & quantity of the product before its dispatch to customers
• To reconcile receipts & distribution documents & preparation of Reconciliation Report for all POL products
