To operate store software.(ERP DCS)
Indenting of regular consumable on level basis.
To maintain desired stock level (minimum, maximum) and recorder
Computerized levels is of regular nature.
Maintain and updating of code catalogue. (DCS ERP)
Coding of new material through system.
Linking of computerized purchase order with auto generated receipt notes.
To prepare daily manual statement of replacement of salvage material
and follow up with user department.

8 To check COAL stock Report and Physical on daily basis.
9 To co ordinate with coal suppliers and update to Mr. Imran Altaf on daily basis.
10 Daily correspondence regarding Coal to reported Mr. CFO.
11 To Follow up Coal Vehicles and conduct with Drivers on daily.
12 To check and verify purchase bills.
13 To follow up of all store records and files.
14 To co ordinate and developing of store software (SAP & Oricale)
15 To check and verify of all Gate Passes.
16 To check Store by all aspects.
17 To detail and check sub ordinate staff.
