I have worked as a ucdo Union Council Delivery and Operational Officer at CTC( Chip and training Consultancy).Our main responsibility are1.we have worked to distributed logistic of the Teams.2.we had done to prepare MP ( Micro plan) before every Polio campaign.3. As a Ucdo I have trained my teams to prepare for the campaign. 4. I also have did to conduct the teams dispatching to their respective areas and have assign their duties and responsibilities. 5. We have take cluster in the field against the teams , identifying their mistakes and resolving these mistakes on the spot. 6. Daily we have verified each team data and after verification to share with highups and DSC Peshawar.7. We have also worked to identifying the surveillance child and collecting their simple for further diagnosis.8. After campaign we have verified and tally each chw book with the data and resolving her issues.

As a Team Leader we have to verify the polio campaign data of different uc\'s of district Peshawar. During verification we have done to have verify different children their houses,age,refusal and their indicator.after verification we have to present our data to micro merger.

I have did work as child protection Officer at PRSP (Pakhtunkhwa Rural Support program).We have did work on child protection, malnutrition, child labour, child abuses and childhood wedding in District Of Khyber Tehsil Bara.As a child protection officer we have did plenty of work to creates awareness in the layman of the community and boost child protection awareness to achieve the goal of child protection in the area.In this regard we have did meeting with their parents and be aware of the importance of child protection,childhood wedding and child abuses.

I did worked as a field monitor at USAID Pakistan in District SWATI have did different responsibilities as a Field Monitor.1. We have worked on different schools of the entire district Swat regarding to maintance,reconstruction,rehabilitation and sanitation of the schools.2. We have did monitor the reconstruction of the schools and reporting to our district Coordinator.3. We have collected the data of the damage schools of the community and on basis of that data prepare further planning of the project.4. We have worked the furniture and sanitation of the schools and have fruitful meetings with the schools principals regarding to their further issues.5. We have also worked on the importance of education and how to boost the education level in the war affected areas.6. We did meeting with the parents and emphasized that how to enrol their children in the schools.7. We did meeting with our district Coordinator and report to him that how to communicate with the local to boost the quality of education in the war affected areas of District Swat.
