Setup of Limelight\'s new warehouse premises for its E-Store Operations and also change and refine the processes of stock Inbound (new stock receiving, shuffling from shops and customer returns) and Outbound (processing and dispatching of orders) activities with Flowchart diagrams.
Setup & implementation of omni fulfillment solution regarding the flows and logics with tech partner to optimize the deliveries and stock liquidations.

Assisted in scaling up and evolving the business process of E-Commerce department for Nishat reducing dependence on external agencies and moving the company away from a revenue sharing model.
