Responsibility is to lead all electrical projects (start to end), insure electrical safety standard during all other projects with timely inputs during DRM. Make the electrical scope of works, get in touch with supplier for quotations, make capital spending guild path for own projects. Ensure timely spending and work completion. Follow EWP, resources planning, e forecasting and trending. Not limited to electrical projects also lead mechanical, civil projects from start to end. Able to manage $2200M in 3 years– most by any PE in the team.

Responsibility is to maintain the electrical standards at the site, have the up to dated Fault & Coordination Studies (recommendations and action plans). Maintain the site single line drawings (from utility to downstream till MCCs). Flash hazard protection program (study, matrix, PPE documents). Site Electrical System Master plan. Lead the department audits for electrical panels. Host the external audit every 3 years of time.

Responsible for calibration and repair of the plant instruments and all other test equipment inventory. Make the maintenance plan for instruments and after every month track the action steps which come through the maintenance plan. Interface with vendors, draft repair contracts and satisfy new plant testing needs with equipment purchases. Work on AC Motors/Drive Systems and DC Motor/Drive Systems. Special duties include being a member of the plant’s confined space rescue team & work as a department safety co-ordinate. Working on PLC5, 5000 Allan Bradley & PL7. Have knowledge about PLC system (Remote I/Os, Flex I/Os, HMI (Panel view), DH+ networking.
