Assessed recommendations from relevant departments for developing training material, led training Need Assessment tool development and gap analysis Development of Training Programs for the capacity Building of PPRA staff in the light of TNA results.
Initiated Training Plans and Calendar development (Quarterly and yearly basis), ensured all Logistics arrangement for execution of training as per approved calendar. • Developed Training Programs for Public sector organization for capacity building in the area of PPRA Rules regulations and procedures as recommended by auditors and Monitoring & Evaluation department.

Manager (Head of Department) Staff & Teachers Training Institute
Built synergies with other managers to identify training needs, drew an overall training plan, formulated budget of training, produced materials for in-house training, assessed trainings requirements and generated effective reports.
Work with training providers to develop suitable course content, rendered keen eye for details to evaluate the success of both individual training and the overall program; selected and evaluated guest speakers and trainers. Managed data collection for training impact evaluation, administered all hostels. Developed SOPs for training of staff, building, messing, transport etc., to ensure hassle free service and operations of the institute. • Developed an on-going “Training needs assessment” procedure and 4 dimensional training impact evaluation procedures.
• Established 05 TVET institutes in Mianwali district and Bhakkar, also designed courses as Head of Staff and Teachers.
• Managed all other training programs including Marketing Competencies course for “Marketing Officers”, “Team building and Trust Benefit” for managers; “Auditing and Financial Control” for Area Managers.
• Research numerous verticals to design and develop a detailed “Life Skills Course” for Instructors and Administrative staff.
• “Professional Development Course” for instructional and administrative staff.
• Skill up gradation programs for instructional staff of all trades with the collaboration of corporate sector.
• Effective Teaching Strategies course for Instructors (training of the trainers).
Pincipal - Vocatinal Training Institute
Promoted and transferred to Head office and took over the charge of staff & Teachers Training department, also served PVTC as Principal (Head of Institute) where I was responsible for administration of Vocational Training Institute.
Appointed at VTI Mianwali from May 2003 to Oct 2005 than transferred to VTI Sargodha and worked there from Oct 2005 to 2007 and then served in VTI Bahawalpur from 2007 to 2008.

• Established five VTIs in district Mianwali and Bhakkar, ensured the quality of training as per standards of market.
• Steered efforts towards leading the TNA of area and Selected Courses according to the needs of Local Industry.
• Oversaw routine administrative affairs of Institute, placed pass-outs either in industry or through entrepreneurship.
