Activation of high-speed internet & VOIP through NOC management software’s
Handling of different kinds of management system such as Corporate Billing & customer management (CBCM), Provisioning management system (PMS) & FOS
Migration of ADSL & DEL services from copper to GPON technology
Provisioning, configuration & troubleshooting of Huawei ONU, FDH
Supporting filed Engineers & troubleshooting various technical problems
Activation of Voice & Multimedia services for residential & Enterprise customers
Provides on line technical support and ensure the telecom services as per quality standard of Etisalat
Hands on experience on Huawei, Alcatel, Zhone NMS.
