• Handling the Warranty Claim and solve the Customer Complaints against the Product.
• Major Customers Like a Allied Logistics Ltd,Pepsi Cola,Coca cola,BSL (Bashir Sadiq logistics) that have approx 350 vehicles deal in Warranty and Spare parts.
• Cover warranty cases to repair vehicle under warranty.
• Call to Customers for Satisfaction about Product.
• Prepare product Report at the end of each month.
• Visited to Fleet Customers daily on Mobile workshop for solved complained & attached to dealer services.
• Dealers Development ( 1’s Service dealers, 2’s Service & Parts) in Multan region.
