Managing the SIDA funded CSO Appropriation Program in Sindh, Punjab, and ICT by coordinating effectively with five local implementing partners, field teams, and within the organization for quality assurance and smooth program operations in the thematic areas of Child Protection and Child Rights Governance (CP&CRG)
·  Responsible for program management, administration, and operations, including personnel management, performance management systems, financial management, subcontracts, and timely completion and submission of all program deliverables, including financial statements and reports.
Lead on advocacy and outreach campaigns for the SIDA program including gender equality, child labour, child marriages, girls’ education, and protection of rights of vulnerable children.
·   Identifying, and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders as the Save the children’s representative in the thematic area of child protection in Pakistan.
·   Stakeholder management through working closely with implementing partners and key representatives in government and non-government organisations.
·   Leading and overseeing development communications campaigns aimed at social and behavioural change towards girls’ education, gender discrimination, and street children.
·   Designed television and radio campaign on corporal punishment and positive disciplining; launched the initiative of street theatres in the rural project districts.
·   Organized ministerial talks with children on mitigating impacts of climate change
·   Oversaw development of a documentary and project impact stories on the project initiatives
·   Documenting periodic progress reports and submitting them to the donor and Save the Children Regional Office
·   Supporting the implementation of Life Skills Basic Education and Accelerated Learning Programs to provide education to street children/ out-of-school children, particularly girls to facilitate their entry into mainstream educational institutions
Introduced entrepreneurial training and skill development for women in the project areas to alleviate child poverty.
