Being an HR professional, currently I am working in LALA textiles as an HR Executive. Following are the attributes on which I am working:

8. Handling of employee queries and grievances.
9. Assist in day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
10. Any other task assigned by the manage.

Resource Availability:
• Evaluate the requisition for recruitment, In case of internal hiring, identify successor for the person to be moved to the new position, in consultation with the line managers, and then make proper transition.
• In case of external hiring, deciding the mode of advertising, i.e. through social media or head hunting.
• Arrange interviews with GM after initial screening through telephonic interview.
• Finalize the candidates for further processing and share the information with the immediate supervisor and then with the relevant line manager, before further progressing with the recruitment process.
• Assist the immediate supervisor in conducting final screening of candidate for strategic positions, in collaboration with the line manager Process the company offer to the finalized candidate.
Employee Induction
• Ensure that the induction of a new employee is initiated the two working days before the new employee joins.
• Ensure that all pre-induction and post-induction activities are taken care of properly and there are no administrative issues being faced by the new recruit.
• Provide proper orientation to the new recruits, pertaining to the company and its policies and procedures in order to help them better understand the organization and their role in the organization.
• In case of a senior employee (management position) assist the GM HR in carrying out the orientation plan
Organizational Development
• Responsible for updating organizational structure on monthly basis in Visio as per approved strength and maintain record.
• Drafting of job description after discussion with concerned person, and HOD of the department.
• Defining of KPI’s of each resource after discussion with GM HR.
• Drafting of SOP’s of each department after discussion with HOD of concerned department and GM HR.
Policy Management:
• Assist GM HR in designing, evaluation and proposing of modification of HR policies
• Any other task assigned by GM HR
