Maintain personal record of employees and personal files of employees. 7. Handling all the matters related to accidents & Insurance of employees. 8. Responsible for Identification of training need throughout the organization with the help of departmental heads & Preparing yearly Training calendar 9. Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives. 11. Maximized revenues through efficient staffing, labor cost controls, and promotions. 12.
