My current position in Pasban Poultry (Pvt.) Ltd. group of companies as a Manager Account and Finance
Key Responsibilities:
• Command on completing the procedure of invoicing of Suppliers as per company system
• Command on preparing schedule of Suppliers payments as per company contract.

• Command on preparing payable accounts in order to show true picture of payables of the company
• Command on reconciliation procedure adopted for accounts accuracy
• Prepare receivable accounts in order to show the true picture of receivables of the company
• Prepare and managed the banks procedure relating to accounts opening either individual accounts, Firm accounts or company accounts
• Prepare and managed the taxation documents of company to file the tax returns.
Import Officer: (2015-2023)
Work in Brand Station a sister concern Company of Pasban Poultry (Pvt.) Ltd as an Import officer my Key responsibilities are.
• Sales Contract with Exporter
• Banking limits activation procedure for funded facility or non-funded facility.
• Banks procedures for opening import Contract, Collection and Letter Credit.
• Prepare and arranged insurance documents.
• Contact to clearing agent for shipment clearance.
• Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Login Activation operation for Imports clearance.
