Customer Services & Relationship Management
• Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers by building a strong relationship to ensure that customers’ needs are recognized and met.
• To ensure proper controls and checks are in place and to provide the highest level of professionalism by being the first point of contact.
• Exploited all new opportunities from existing and potential customers.
• Gained new business and maximized the growth of existing account customers.
• Oversee the clients and look after their trends on regular basis.
• Managing walk-in customers with their queries and contribute to the Organization.
• Monitoring and ensuring that service standards are met with appropriate service indicators.
• Established customer agreements and ensured that pricing guidelines are always applied.
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain a strong professional relationship.
• Resolve customer requests and questions promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Strive to maximize the total value to the customer and commitment by providing value-added services to external and internal customers.
• Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
• Effectively participate in increasing usage of service enhancement initiatives and cross-sell all products.

Management & Customer Service Role:
• Attend and welcome all type of customers and give them an overall view of the showroom.
• Make queries and calls on the daily basis of customers.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Identification and claiming variations.
• Material assassination and approval.
• Maintain update records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
• Doing all filing work such as correspondence letter, daily site report including sub-contractors, site photographs.
• To ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
• To be responsible for solving all customer queries and complaints in a pro-active manner in line with company standards and procedures.
• Work with marketing department to assist with the promotions, entertainments, and events throughout the months.
• Make monthly sales and customer data report
Sales Executive & Designer Role:
• Make 2D designs on company software based on Ilaty.
• Instruct the 3D worker to make 3D with the whole ambiance of a room according to the desired requirement of the customer.
• Give the presentation to customers on 3D base designs and do change if required.
• Make the deal when the design been approved by customers.
• Deal on prices with customers and close the deal.
• Make the agreement files according to the approved design.
• Issue all the Technical drawings on sites.
• Take care of every step on each site.
• Work on the ambiance of a room, suggest each and everything for the room.
• Once the furniture been installed to take the pictures for better amendment.
• Give proper after sales service to the customer.
Customer Services Role:
• Cash Withdrawl.
• Cash Deposit.
• Cheque Deposit.
• Banker’s Cheque.
• Local Fund Transfer.
• Fast Cash.
Administrative Role:
• Making daily reports of calls & visits and email it to Regional manager.
• Making formats & handling attendance manually and email attendance summary on daily basis.
• Handling with petty cash, finance voucher and maintain on excel sheet and email it to Head office.
• Travel arrangement: arraigning Ticketing, Hotel accommodation, and transportation for staff.
• Handling student inquiries regarding different programs from potential students.
• Issue stationery on Demand slip to staff and maintain a record on Excel sheet.
• Maintain stock of Stationery, Kitchen items, Janitorial items etc.
• Place orders of Office Equipment’s& Meeting with correspondence vendors.
• Follow up and payment of all Newspaper bills, Mineral water bills, Pct. bills, Electricity & Rent bills.
• Deal with payment vouchers & get the approval of them from COO.
